Where we ship

We currently ship within Belgium. Please contact us in case you would like to arrange shipping outside of Belgium.

Shipping costs

We offer flat-rate shipping per order, regardless of whether you order a 6-pack or a 12-pack.

Processing and delivery times

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of purchase. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 1-3 business day via bpost's Bpack 24H Pro home delivery service.

Please note: delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or events outside our control.

Pre-orders

This product is currently available for pre-order. Orders placed now are expected to ship in November 2026. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your delivery via bpost.

Shipping address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided at the time of purchase. Additional charges may apply if a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address.

Lost or damaged packages

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected delivery window, please contact us at info@drinkwhisked.com so we can investigate with bpost and find a resolution.
