Refund Policy
Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer based in Belgium or the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving the last item, without giving any reason.
How to request a return or cancellation
To exercise your right of withdrawal, log in to your account and open your order: 👉 https://shopify.com/100352590201/account
You can submit a return request (for delivered orders) or a cancellation request (for orders not yet fulfilled) directly from there.
Returning your items
Once you've submitted your withdrawal request, you have 14 days to send the items back to us. Cans must be returned unopened, with the original seal intact. For hygiene and health protection reasons, we cannot accept the return of opened or used cans.
Refunds
We will refund your payment, excluding the standard outbound shipping cost, within 14 days of receiving your returned items. Refunds are issued via the original payment method.
Return shipping costs
The customer bears the cost of return shipping.
Exemptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Personalised or custom-made products
- Opened cans: for hygiene reasons, once a can's seal has been broken, it is no longer eligible for return, exchange, or refund
